Violin Lessons | Kids & Adult Music Lessons

Standard Violin Lessons are 30 minutes each class, one class per week booked by Term. Violin can be played in a variety of styles. The two main styles which are available are Traditional and Classical. Our teachers can guide you through any style.

You will learn Music Theory along with your Practical playing. We offer both adults & kids one-on-one classes and group classes on demand. We also open in July for summer courses on demand. Contact us for further information.

Graded Violin Exams | Taking Music Grades

Violin exams are a great way to benchmark yourself against an internationally recognised standard. There are typically 8 Exams to sit before you have achieved the highest level.

An exam consists of performing the Violin along with a Pianist for 3 Songs, you are then examined on your technical knowledge and aural abilities.

Exams are an optional part of our learning experience at Blanch Music, if you want more information why not talk to one of our staff / teachers.

Learning Different Styles of Singing

We have a wide range of teachers available for singing lessons. Depending on what type of music you would like to learn our teachers can guide you through different genres.

Popular Genres

Music Theatre is a popular option for many students. This genre takes songs from Broadway, Disney and more to build a repertoire of songs.

Jazz is another genre growing in popularity. Our vocal teachers who teach Jazz have completed the Berkley Course which has a huge emphasis on performance.

Pop & Rock singing covers songs from the likes of the Beatles to Taylor Swift. Learning singing through this genre is really fun and resources are widely available.

All of our Vocals tutors are professional music teachers who have studied music at 3rd Level or privately with Exam Boards.

From beginners to advanced players our tutors can teach you across a wide range of Styles & Genres including; Acoustic, Electric, Classical & Bass. Styles/Genres include; Pop, Rock, Blues, Jazz, Classical, Finger Styles and much more.

Hybrid or Online Lessons

All of our courses can be taken in Person, Online or for your convenience Hybrid classes. Zoom (Or Skype) Guitar lessons have never been easier to take, login to our student portal and launch your Guitar class with 1 click.

You can opt for online lessons at any point throughout your course by contacting the office. A Webcam is essential and it’s recommended for the best experience to have a large screen and wired connection.

What Am I Meant to be Practicing this week?

Ever get home from your lessons and you are not sure what to practice? Or your children are doing lessons and you didn’t get a chance to see the teacher?

We send an email with your homework each week, it updates you on progress each week. All these notes are also kept in your student portal, login at anytime to access your personal notes. Check upcoming calendar, make payments safely & securely.

Violin Lessons start from Age 6.
Yes, having our own Violin is essential for starting lessons. This allows you to practice between your lessons.
Standard Violin lessons are 30 minutes long. It is recommended that you take 45 minute - 1 Hour lessons for Grade 5 and above.

We offer Violin lessons 5 Days per week. Monday - Thursday and Saturdays.
On weekdays we have lessons between 1pm and 9pm. On Saturdays lessons are between 10am - 6pm.
We book our lessons by term (or remainder of a term). Each lessons costs €26.95 per class. The lessons are paid in 2 parts, a €50 Booking Deposit and balance after 2 classes.
