Singing Classes | Vocal Tuition in Dublin

Standard Singing Lessons are 30 minutes each class, one class per week, booked by Term. Vocal tuition can help students to boost confidence and perform in front of others. During singing classes our singing teachers will instruct students on posture, breathing, pitching and Music Theory.

There is a wide range of genres to choose from, whether you’re interested in musical theatre, jazz, popular music & more your tutor will focus your course on your preferred style and you can also choose to take Exams to certify your levels. We offer both adults’ singing lessons and kids’ singing courses from our dedicated Music School in Dublin.

Graded Singing Exams| Taking Music Grades

Graded singing exams are a great way to bench mark your skills against an internationally recognised system. The exams are an optional part of your lessons experience at Blanch Music.

Exams entail 3 Parts, Practical; you sing Three chosen pieces of Music along with a pianist of backing track, Aural / Sight Reading and Music Theory. There are a number of different examination boards who offer Genres to be examined (Classical, Opera, Music Theatre, Pop & Rock etc)

We offer exams from: The Royal Irish Academy of Music, Associated Board of Music & RSL Awards (Rockschool Exams)

We have a wide range of teachers available for singing lessons. Depending on what type of music you would like to learn our teachers can guide you through different genres.

Popular Genres

Music Theatre is a popular option for many students. This genre takes songs from Broadway, Disney and more to build a repertoire of songs.

Jazz is another genre growing in popularity. Our vocal teachers who teach Jazz have completed the Berkley Course which has a huge emphasis on performance.

Pop & Rock singing covers songs from the likes of the Beatles to Taylor Swift. Learning singing through this genre is really fun and resources are widely available.

All of our Vocals tutors are professional music teachers who have studied music at 3rd Level or privately with Exam Boards.

From beginners to advanced players our tutors can teach you across a wide range of Styles & Genres including; Acoustic, Electric, Classical & Bass. Styles/Genres include; Pop, Rock, Blues, Jazz, Classical, Finger Styles and much more.

All of our courses can be taken in Person, Online or for your convenience Hybrid classes. Zoom (Or Skype) Guitar lessons have never been easier to take, login to our student portal and launch your Guitar class with 1 click.

You can opt for online lessons at any point throughout your course by contacting the office. A Webcam is essential and it’s recommended for the best experience to have a large screen and wired connection.

Ever get home from your lessons and you are not sure what to practice? Or your children are doing lessons and you didn’t get a chance to see the teacher?

We send an email with your homework each week, it updates you on progress each week. All these notes are also kept in your student portal, login at anytime to access your personal notes. Check upcoming calendar, make payments safely & securely.

Each standard singing lessons are 30 minutes per week. Longer classes are recommended for students preparing for Grade 5 Exam and above.
Singing lessons are booked by the term (or remainder of a term). Classes are €26.95 per class which are paid for in 2 parts, Deposit of €50 and balance after 2 classes.
In short, No you don’t. There are lots of resources available to assist you. It would be helpful in the long run but not a necessity.

Singing lessons are available 6 days a week from Monday - Saturdays.
Weekdays our singing classes are held between 1pm - 9pm and Weekends from 10am - 6pm.
