BLANCH MUSIC EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Event Terms & Conditions replace and supersede all prior versions of event or concert terms issued by the Event Host.

These Event Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable additional terms (including but not limited to General Terms, Website Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Protection Terms, Intellectual Property Terms, and any Venue Terms & Conditions) (collectively, the “Terms”), govern your purchase, possession, and use of event tickets and your attendance at any event organised or hosted by the Event Host.

1. Definitions

  1. “Event Host” refers to the organiser, promoter, or entity hosting the event.

  2. “Event” refers to any concert, performance, show, workshop, or live gathering organised by the Event Host.

  3. “Attendant”, “You”, or “Ticket Holder” refers to any person purchasing, holding, receiving, or using a ticket for the Event.

  4. “Venue” refers to any physical or virtual location where the Event is held.

  5. “Ticket” refers to any physical or digital proof of purchase granting access to the Event.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, holding, transferring, or using a Ticket, or by attempting to enter the Venue, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase tickets or attend the Event.

3. Event Details

  1. The Event Host shall determine, at its sole discretion:

    • Event name and format

    • Event date(s) and time(s)

    • Venue

    • Line-up, schedule, and duration

    • Capacity limits

    • Admission fees and ticket categories

  2. All Event details are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Admission Fees & Tickets

  1. Admission fees are set by the Event Host and are non-negotiable.

  2. Tickets must be purchased in advance unless otherwise stated.

  3. Ticket quantity limits per purchaser may apply.

  4. Any discounted, complimentary, or child tickets (if offered) are subject to conditions determined by the Event Host.

  5. Tickets may not be sold or transferred separately from any required accompanying ticket unless explicitly permitted.

5. Ticket Licence

  1. A Ticket grants a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to attend the Event at the specified date and time.

  2. This licence may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the Event Host, with or without cause, and without obligation to provide compensation or explanation.

  3. Revocation of a Ticket licence may result in refusal of entry or removal from the Venue.

6. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

  1. All ticket sales are final, unless otherwise expressly stated.

  2. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not guaranteed.

  3. Where refunds are permitted, they may be subject to:

    • A notice period determined by the Event Host

    • Processing, handling, or administrative fees

  4. Non-attendance for any reason results in forfeiture of the ticket fee.

  5. Once the Event has commenced, the service is deemed fully delivered and no refunds will be issued.

7. Event Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellation

  1. The Event Host reserves the right to:

    • Modify the Event schedule, performers, or format

    • Reschedule the Event

    • Cancel the Event in whole or in part

  2. If the Event is cancelled or materially altered, the Event Host may, at its sole discretion:

    • Reschedule the Event

    • Offer a partial refund

    • Offer a full refund

    • Offer no refund

  3. Decisions made by the Event Host in such circumstances shall be final and binding.

  4. Refunds, if issued, shall be limited to the face value of the Ticket only. No additional costs (including travel, accommodation, exchange rate losses, or fees) will be reimbursed.

8. Force Majeure

The Event Host shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions or restrictions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Strikes, labour disputes, or technical failures

  • Venue unavailability or evacuation

9. Entry & Identification

  1. Entry to the Venue requires a valid Ticket and may require valid photo identification.

  2. Failure to present required documentation may result in denied entry without refund.

  3. Admission is subject to Venue capacity limits and security checks.

10. Conduct & Safety

  1. Attendants must comply with all applicable laws, Venue rules, and instructions from Event Host staff.

  2. The Event Host enforces a zero-tolerance policy for:

    • Illegal drugs or prohibited substances

    • Dangerous items

    • Disorderly, lewd, abusive, or disruptive behaviour

  3. Violation may result in immediate removal from the Venue without refund.

11. Recording & Intellectual Property

  1. Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorised.

  2. Unauthorised recording, reproduction, or distribution of Event content may result in legal action.

  3. All Event content remains the intellectual property of the Event Host and/or performers.

12. Children & Guardians

  1. Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for any minors attending or performing at the Event.

  2. The Event Host accepts no liability for the supervision or safety of minors.

13. Risk Assumption & Limitation of Liability

  1. Attendance at the Event is at your own risk.

  2. The Event Host shall not be liable for:

    • Personal injury, illness, or death

    • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

    • Financial losses or indirect damages

  3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive all claims against the Event Host arising from your attendance.

14. Chargebacks & Disputes

  1. Tickets are purchased voluntarily and knowingly.

  2. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.

  3. Any disputes shall first be addressed directly with the Event Host.

15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  1. The Event Host’s decision in any dispute shall be final where permitted by law.

  2. Where disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they may be referred to an independent third-party arbitrator.

  3. These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Event Host’s principal place of business.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Final Acknowledgement

By purchasing or using a Ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Event Terms & Conditions in full.
