— Easy to prepare
What to bring
Just yourself
Genuinely the only essential. We provide everything else.
Your instrument, if you have one
Guitar and violin students — bring yours if you've got it. If not, let the office know beforehand.
Have a goal in mind
A song, a style, an exam — anything you'd love to work towards. Your teacher will build from there.
🎹 Pianos & keyboards in every room. 🥁 Full drum kits provided. 🔌 Amps ready for electric guitarists. You can just walk in.
— No nerves needed
What your first lesson feels like
- 1Meet your teacher. A quick, relaxed introduction — who you are, what drew you to the instrument, and what you're hoping to get from it.
- 2Decide your direction. Exams or just for the love of playing? Both are equally valid. Your teacher will shape the lesson around what matters to you.
- 3Enjoy the class. Discover what's possible — your first sounds, your first techniques, and a real sense of what lessons here can do for you.
- 4Set some goals. Before you leave, your teacher will break your next steps into manageable, bite-sized homework so you can keep progressing between lessons.
- 5Decide after — no pressure. If you'd like to commit to a full September term, we'll talk you through your options. If you need time to think, that's completely fine too.
